After endless amounts of cutting and slicing the hawk and the dove were satisfied. I later found out that the two brids were disguised by the two vedic gods Agni and Visvakarman. This was all a test to challange my dharma and dignity. Being a loyal king i stuck to my word and gave the hawk all of the flesh i had to offer. The gods were very pleased and they gave me all of the flesh that i had given to the hawk. Thank gods.
After i argued with the hawk today we came to an agreement. I told him i would give up the same amount of flesh for the dove. It would be my flesh. ill admit i am somewhat scared but i cant break a promise. If I am really serious about fullfilling my dharma i will give my whole body in place of the bird to satisfy the hawk. Even though this may seem strange the innocence of the bird outweighs my life.
The talking hawk had tricked me but it was worth it in the end. The helpless bird had lived and I saved the innocence of the little dove. After endless cutting and slicing i placed my flesh onto the scale to match the doves weight. After endless scaling i could not put enough flesh on the scale to match it. Instead i put my whole body on the scale and it started to tip.
I got in an argument with a talking hawk. I believe it was a red-tail hawk. Any way I offered him a piece of stake but no. He wanted fresh meat. I couldn't give him the dove, i have to protect all living life forms. I decided to cut a piece of my leg to the bird. It was a fair trade.
A dove fell in my lap today. It was enjured and looked helpless. It did wake me up from my nap. I wanted to smack it off me but it would mess with my dharma man. It just wouldn't be right to hurt the poor bird.
